Admission Policy

Pixel Squad Institute • Last Updated: 1 September 2026

This Admission Policy explains the general admission process for Pixel Squad courses.

Course-specific eligibility, fees, duration, software, schedules or requirements shown on the relevant course page or communicated during admission may supplement this policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Course Eligibility

Eligibility may vary by course. Unless otherwise stated on a specific course page:

  • Applicants should have completed 10+2 or equivalent education.
  • Basic computer knowledge is recommended.
  • Some courses may require a suitable laptop or desktop.
  • Certain courses may specify minimum hardware, software or prerequisite requirements.

Pixel Squad may recommend a different course if the selected course is not suitable for the applicant's current skill level or objectives.

2. Age Requirement and Students Under 18

Some Pixel Squad courses may accept students from 17 years of age, where stated on the relevant course page.

A student under 18 may be required to provide parent or lawful guardian consent or confirmation for:

  • Admission
  • Course and fee-plan acceptance
  • Payments
  • Important policy acknowledgements
  • Processing of personal information where required

3. Enquiry, Counselling and Demo Classes

An enquiry, counselling session, free demo, institute visit or form submission does not automatically confirm admission or reserve a seat indefinitely.

Demo-class availability, format and timing may depend on the selected course and current batch schedule.

4. Admission Confirmation

Admission is considered confirmed when Pixel Squad has:

  1. Received the required admission information;
  2. Accepted the applicant for the selected course;
  3. Received the required admission payment or first payment under the agreed fee plan; and
  4. Communicated the confirmed course/batch or admission status.

The institute may provide confirmation through a receipt, admission record, student profile, email, WhatsApp or another official communication channel.

5. Information Provided by the Student

Students should provide accurate and current information during admission. This may include:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth or age
  • Address
  • Education details
  • Parent or guardian information where applicable
  • Selected course
  • Other information reasonably required for admission

Pixel Squad may request supporting documents where reasonably required. Deliberately false or materially misleading information may result in review or cancellation of admission.

6. Official Course / Joining Date

The official joining date is the date from which the student's confirmed course participation begins, as recorded or communicated by Pixel Squad.

The date on which an online form is submitted, a student profile is created, or an administrative record is updated does not necessarily replace the actual confirmed joining date.

Students should promptly report any discrepancy in their admission, joining or payment records.

7. Course and Batch Allocation

Batch allocation depends on:

  • Seat availability
  • Selected course
  • Student availability
  • Faculty schedule
  • Academic level
  • Operational requirements

Pixel Squad will make reasonable efforts to allocate the agreed or preferred batch, but a particular timing is not guaranteed until confirmed.

8. Batch Changes

A student may request a change of batch. Approval depends on:

  • Seat availability
  • Course progress
  • Compatibility with the destination batch
  • Faculty and schedule availability
  • Student's attendance and academic continuity

A batch change does not automatically:

  • Restart the course from the beginning
  • Extend course duration
  • Cancel existing fee obligations
  • Reset attendance already recorded

Any special arrangement should be confirmed by Pixel Squad.

9. Course Changes

A request to change from one course to another will be reviewed individually. Approval may depend on:

  • Seat availability
  • Course progress already completed
  • Fee difference
  • Curriculum compatibility
  • Availability of the requested course

Any fee adjustment, additional payment or refund, if applicable, should be confirmed before the course change is finalised. A course change should not be assumed to be approved until Pixel Squad confirms it.

10. Fees and Instalments

Course fees vary by program. Some courses may use:

  • One-time payment
  • Admission deposit plus instalments
  • Another clearly communicated payment plan

Students should follow the payment dates and amounts confirmed during admission. Every payment should be supported by an official Pixel Squad payment record or receipt.

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments and excess payments are governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Attendance and Missed Classes

Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Unless a course-specific written rule states otherwise, a minimum 90% attendance may be required for certification and placement-assistance eligibility.

If a student misses a class, Pixel Squad may provide reasonable academic support where feasible, but a missed class does not automatically guarantee:

  • A private replacement class
  • Course extension
  • Fee reduction
  • Refund

Students should inform the institute when extended absence is expected.

12. Temporary Pause / Hold

Where a student needs to pause training because of a genuine personal, medical, academic, work or other issue, the student should contact Pixel Squad before discontinuing attendance where possible.

Any course hold, expected return date, batch change, fee treatment or extension must be confirmed by Pixel Squad. A student should not assume that simply stopping attendance automatically pauses the course or payment plan.

13. Withdrawal / Dropping a Course

A student who wishes to discontinue a course should notify Pixel Squad through an official communication channel.

Withdrawal does not automatically cancel payment obligations or create an automatic refund. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined under the Refund Policy and the student's applicable admission terms.

Pixel Squad should preserve the student's valid historical attendance, payment and academic records.

14. Rejoining After a Break or Withdrawal

A former student may request to rejoin or enrol again. Approval depends on factors such as:

  • Course availability
  • Curriculum changes
  • Time elapsed
  • Previous progress
  • Batch availability
  • Any unresolved academic or financial matters

A new fee or updated course arrangement may apply where substantial time has elapsed or the course has materially changed. Any rejoining arrangement should be confirmed in writing or through an official admission record.

15. Course Completion and Certification

Admission does not guarantee automatic certification. Students must satisfy the applicable course-completion requirements, which may include:

  • Minimum 90% attendance
  • Completion of assignments and projects
  • Completion of required curriculum
  • Submission or presentation of portfolio work
  • Other clearly communicated academic requirements

See the Terms & Conditions for further details.

16. Placement Assistance

Eligible students may receive placement assistance after or during course completion depending on the program.

Placement assistance does not guarantee employment, salary, employer selection or a specific outcome.

Eligibility may depend on attendance, project completion, portfolio quality, communication, interview readiness and other relevant criteria.

17. Admission Cancellation by Pixel Squad

Pixel Squad may cancel or refuse an admission where:

  • Required admission information is materially false
  • Payment is not completed as agreed
  • The selected course is unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted
  • There is a serious conduct, safety or legal issue
  • Another legitimate operational reason prevents the admission from proceeding

Any refund due following an institute-initiated cancellation will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

18. Course or Batch Changes by Pixel Squad

Pixel Squad may make reasonable changes to batches, faculty allocation, tools, course sequence or schedules due to operational, academic or technology-related needs.

The institute should communicate material changes where practicable and provide a reasonable alternative where a significant confirmed arrangement cannot be delivered.

19. Student Responsibility Before Payment

Before making a substantial course payment, students are encouraged to confirm:

Course name & duration
Fee and payment plan
Batch timing & delivery mode
Hardware & software requirements
Refund rules & timelines
Certification & placement conditions

Students should ask the admissions team if any information is unclear.

20. Privacy

Information collected during enquiry and admission is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Students should submit personal documents only through official or authorised Pixel Squad channels.

21. Policy Updates

Pixel Squad may update this Admission Policy for future admissions. The latest version will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

A later website update will not silently rewrite historical receipts or completed admission transactions.
