1. Eligibility

• Course-specific eligibility may vary.
• Unless a course page states otherwise, applicants should have completed 10+2 or equivalent education.
• Certain courses may have a minimum recommended or required age.
• A student who is under 18 may be required to provide parent or lawful guardian consent or confirmation.
• Basic computer knowledge, access to suitable hardware, or prerequisite skills may be required for specific courses and will be stated on the relevant course page where applicable.

Admission remains subject to seat availability, course suitability, payment requirements and verification of information provided by the applicant.

2. Admission and Enrolment

An enquiry, counselling session, demo-class booking or form submission does not by itself guarantee admission.

Admission is considered confirmed only after Pixel Squad completes the applicable admission process and communicates confirmation to the student. Course, batch, fee plan and joining information should be recorded in the admission confirmation, receipt, student record or other official communication.

3. Fees and Payment

• Students must pay fees according to the fee plan agreed or communicated at admission.
• Course fees may be offered as one-time payment or instalments depending on the course.
• Payment dates, amounts and payment modes should be recorded through an official Pixel Squad receipt or payment record.
• Students should promptly report any payment discrepancy.
• Late or missed instalments may result in payment reminders, restricted administrative services or other reasonable action in accordance with the agreed fee plan and applicable policy.
• Previously paid and valid receipts remain part of the student's financial history.

Refunds, cancellations and duplicate or excess payments are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Course Content and Curriculum

Pixel Squad focuses on practical, industry-relevant creative training. Software, tools, project formats, examples, assignments and curriculum sequence may be updated to reflect:

• Software or technology changes
• Industry practices
• Tool availability
• Project requirements
• Learning outcomes
• Safety, legal or operational requirements

Reasonable curriculum updates do not automatically create a right to a refund where the essential nature and learning objective of the enrolled course remain substantially the same.

5. Class Schedule and Batch Changes

Class schedules and batch timings may occasionally change due to instructor availability, holidays, projects, workshops, technical issues or operational requirements.

Pixel Squad will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes in advance where practicable.

Students requesting a personal batch change should contact the institute. Approval depends on seat availability, course progress, academic compatibility and operational feasibility. A batch change does not automatically reset the course duration, attendance requirement or fee obligation.

6. Attendance

Regular attendance is an important part of Pixel Squad's practical training model. Unless a specific written course policy states otherwise, students should maintain at least 90% attendance for certification and placement-assistance eligibility.

Missed classes do not automatically extend the course or reduce the agreed course fee. Where feasible, additional support, revision guidance or alternate-batch support may be offered, but availability is not guaranteed.

7. Assignments, Projects and Portfolio

Students are expected to:

• Complete assigned exercises and projects
• Submit work within reasonable timelines
• Participate in practical sessions
• Maintain original project files where required
• Build a professional portfolio for courses where portfolio development is part of the curriculum

Certification or placement-assistance eligibility may depend on successful completion of required assignments and portfolio work.

8. Certification

A Pixel Squad course certificate is issued only when the student satisfies the applicable course-completion requirements. Unless a specific written course policy states otherwise, certification may require:

• Minimum 90% attendance
• Completion of required assignments and projects
• Completion of the relevant course curriculum
• Submission or presentation of required portfolio work
• Compliance with other clearly communicated academic requirements

Payment of course fees by itself does not constitute course completion.

9. Placement Assistance

Pixel Squad provides placement assistance for eligible students. Placement assistance may include services such as:

• Portfolio guidance
• Resume or profile support
• Interview preparation
• Referral or interview opportunities
• Sharing suitable openings or employer connections

Pixel Squad does not guarantee employment, a particular employer, job title, salary, interview selection or placement outcome. Employment outcomes depend on factors including the student's skills, portfolio, communication, attendance, interview performance, eligibility, market conditions and employer selection.

10. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other students, visitors and institute property. Prohibited conduct may include:

• Harassment, threats, violence or abusive behaviour
• Deliberate damage to institute property
• Theft or unauthorised access
• Serious disruption of classes
• Academic misconduct or impersonation
• Unlawful use of institute systems or resources
• Repeated serious violations after warning

Where appropriate, Pixel Squad may issue a warning, temporarily restrict access, suspend participation or terminate enrolment depending on the seriousness of the conduct. Any refund or financial consequence following termination will be determined under the applicable Refund Policy, fee agreement and circumstances, rather than by an automatic blanket forfeiture clause.

11. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

Pixel Squad may provide course notes, presentations, templates, videos, project briefs, recordings, exercises or other learning material. Unless otherwise stated, such materials are for the enrolled student's personal learning use and may not be:

• Resold
• Publicly redistributed
• Uploaded as a competing course
• Reproduced commercially
• Shared in bulk without permission

Students retain rights in their original creative work subject to any third-party assets, software licences, client briefs or separate project agreements that may apply.

12. Third-Party Software and AI Tools

Courses may teach or demonstrate third-party software, online platforms, AI tools or subscription services. Availability, pricing, features, credits, licences and terms of such third-party tools are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of Pixel Squad.

Unless specifically included in a written course offer, third-party paid subscriptions, hardware, cloud credits or software licences are not automatically included in the course fee. Students are responsible for complying with third-party platform terms when using those services.

13. Student Devices and Personal Belongings

Students are responsible for reasonable care of their personal belongings, devices, vehicles and accessories.

Pixel Squad is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Students should follow institute safety and equipment-use instructions.

14. Course Pause, Withdrawal or Discontinuation

If a student wishes to pause, withdraw from or discontinue a course, the student should inform Pixel Squad through an official communication channel.

Stopping attendance without informing the institute does not automatically cancel financial or other obligations. Any effect on fees, future instalments, batch allocation, rejoining or refunds will be determined according to the student's admission terms and applicable policies.

15. Termination of Enrolment

Pixel Squad may take reasonable action where a student has materially breached these Terms, repeatedly failed to comply with essential course obligations, engaged in serious misconduct, or created a safety or security risk.

Where reasonably appropriate, the institute should communicate the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it before termination, except in cases requiring immediate action for safety, security or serious misconduct. Financial consequences, if any, will follow the applicable fee and Refund Policy rather than an automatic deletion of prior payments or records.

16. Additional Learning Support or Extension

Where a student needs additional time or academic support, Pixel Squad may offer revision sessions, additional guidance, alternate-batch access or an extension where operationally feasible.

Any extra duration, fee or conditions should be communicated before the student accepts the additional arrangement. Such support is not guaranteed in every case and depends on course structure, faculty availability and the student's academic needs.

17. Workshops, Demo Classes and Short Programs

Pixel Squad may offer workshops, paid demo classes, short-term portfolio programs, one-day or one-week programs, or other supplementary learning experiences related to design, animation, video, AI, UI/UX or portfolio development. Any course-specific fee, duration, refund eligibility or deliverable stated for such a program will apply together with these general Terms.

18. Website and Information Accuracy

Pixel Squad makes reasonable efforts to keep course information accurate and current. Course fees, schedules, software lists, faculty availability, offers and batch availability may change. The information confirmed during admission or in an official payment/admission record will govern the student's specific enrolment where it differs from older website content.

Obvious typographical, technical or display errors do not create a contractual entitlement, but Pixel Squad should correct material errors promptly when identified.

19. Force Majeure and Service Interruptions

Pixel Squad will not be responsible for delay or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, major infrastructure failures, public emergencies, internet or platform outages, or similar events.

Where practicable, Pixel Squad may reschedule, provide an alternative format, extend access or take another reasonable step to complete affected training.

20. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Students should not share passwords, payment authentication credentials or sensitive personal information through unofficial channels.

21. Complaints and Grievances

Students should first contact Pixel Squad so that academic, admission, payment or service concerns can be reviewed and resolved. Contact details are provided at the end of this page.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights, disputes relating to Pixel Squad services will be subject to the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.

23. Changes to These Terms

Pixel Squad may update these Terms to reflect changes in courses, services, technology, operational requirements or law. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes should apply prospectively unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the student. Historical payments, receipts and completed transactions will not be rewritten merely because the website Terms are updated.
