2. Payment & Refund Policy

• Fees must be paid strictly on the dates agreed upon during admission. Delays may result in penalties or course termination.
• All fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
• If the course is canceled by the institute, only fees for unused portions will be refunded.
• A full refund is applicable only if a student has not attended a single class and submits a refund request within 10 days of payment.
• Refund processing is at the institute’s discretion and will be completed within 30 days.

3. Course Structure & Changes

• The syllabus includes the latest software updates and industry-relevant content.
• Topics, schedules, and timings may change based on industry trends, projects, or practical needs.
• The institute reserves the right to modify class timings or structure without prior notice.

4. Certification Policy

Certification will only be awarded if students meet the following criteria:

• 90% attendance throughout the course.
• Completion of all assignments and projects.
• Projects uploaded to Behance.net or a professional portfolio site.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of certification.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professionalism, discipline, and punctuality.
• Any form of misbehavior may lead to immediate disqualification with no refund.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Assignments must be submitted on time.
• Active participation and self-study are expected and monitored.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• The institute provides placement assistance but does not guarantee a job.
• The institute is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical errors, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
• The institute is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or gadgets on campus.

8. Job Placement Assistance

100% placement assistance is provided only if students meet the following:

• 90% attendance.
• Full completion of assignments and projects.
• Projects uploaded to professional platforms.
• A professional portfolio showcasing skills.

Placement assistance includes interview opportunities and referrals but does not guarantee employment.

9. Conduct of Classes

• Flexible schedules may change based on projects, workshops, or industry needs.
• Workshops and live projects are included as part of training.

10. Termination of Course

• The institute may terminate a student’s enrollment for non-compliance with attendance or assignment requirements.
• No refund will be given if termination is due to a student’s failure to meet course obligations.

11. Extra Time for Slow Learners

• Additional support may be provided to students needing extra time.
• Custom timelines may involve extra fees.
• Eligibility for extensions is at the sole discretion of the instructor.
